Fitness Review: Effective Steps to Building Muscle
The article that my fitness review is on is called Effective Steps to Building Muscle. I found it online, on a website that’s just dedicated to fitness and what you can do to achieve it. The article was written by Mandy Gibbons, who is a virtual fitness trainer. She dedicated this article in hopes that people will find it and hopefully it will help them on to a better fitness level.
This article had many different sub categories, but the main thing was how to be fit and how to build muscle and be healthy. Some of the sub categories were Training to Build Muscle, and Eating to Build Muscle, etc. There was also a category that even told you how to make your own fitness muscle building program! Some of their tips for this program were like telling you to always have water while you’re training because it will keep you dehydrated. There was also a part that said to perform a warm up before exercising. And also to cool them down when I’m done. Another piece of advice was to sleep because it will really help your body.
I thought that this article was really blunt, and they really told you what you could do in order to be healthy and build lots of lean muscle. I thought it was also really helpful and I felt that it would let people find out how to build more muscle. I also learned that I don’t have to go to places like the Summit and Lifetime to get fit. I can make my own personal gym at home because the article said that I didn’t need a big gym and little things like dumbbells are okay too!
Some ways that I can use this article to my own advantage would be to try and start my own muscle building program and try to not be so weak. I don’t want to just stop and never work out again after this class, because I feel that I worked really hard these 20 days, and I don’t want my effort to just die. I think I’ll try and keep my strength and effort going, and hopefully be leaner and stronger later on in life.
